Faith in the Omnipresent Good

When I wake up and I am not feeling joy, vitality and I am not at the top of my game, I reach for a higher source of energy and call upon a greater reality than my current transient state of mind.   Be the change you want to see in life.  You have the need, the desire and you can also find an expansive vision.  I know that gratitude goes a long way.  It builds a foundation that moves us all in a more positive direction.

I want to encourage you to make a commitment to a “World that works for Everyone.”  It is possible for us to live in a world of greater love and compassion.  It is possible to lift ourselves out of the fears and concerns that are stimulated because our focus is on what is not working, instead of what is working.

It was a beautiful day yesterday and I wanted to do something that got me out of feeling sad because a sweet friend of mine is suffering from the late stages of cancer.  There was nothing I could do except send my love.  She is being taken care of by close friends.

There are many things that can pull us down and at the same time, there are so many ways we can be lifted into a light that blesses us.  We choose how we think, we choose what we feed in our hearts, minds and the consequential energy that results.

So with gratitude for the blessing we are experiencing right now, I give thanks to Spirit for the endless ways that we are encouraged to see beyond the delusions of the material world, into the realm of a greater reality of love, harmony and inner peace.   Love is the only real power.

“I place my faith in the omnipresent good, that brings forth exactly what I need, exactly when I need it.”  That is a quote from Paramahansa Yogananda that I love and use frequently in my life.

Know that you are loved.  Rev. Barb
